Thank you for shopping with Heritage Gifts Company! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
During peak periods (4th of July, Memorial Day, holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays by email.
We ship via USPS and charge a flat $6 rate. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or a US territory and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@heritagegiftscompany.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email us at support@heritagegiftscompany.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and any household members, then contact your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@heritagegiftscompany.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
